The formats

  • A blending of traditional vinyasa style flow and functional mobility. Each class targets specific poses and body parts and always builds to a peak. Work for our body and our brain.

  • This is a circuit style class that’s part weights, part cardio. This class will up your heart rate while adding some resistance. We won’t be lifting as heavy to support our cardio pushes.

  • A circuit style class with the goal of muscle failure. Expect to pick up heavier weights and move at a slower pace. Longer warm and cooldowns meant to support joint health and mobility
